Hey if there is no time limit to prosecuting a person for murder, then how can a pardon prevent charges for murder ever being filed? Kind of same thing for embezzlement has a limit to prosecute of say 7 years. How does a pardon exempt those that did embezzle without being charged within that 7 year span of today?
This doesn't make sense which it was designed to do. Ruling elites banking on people of faith to stop pushing back and get back in line staying in their own lane following the suggestions of those embezzling their biological time away daily..
